Elizabeth grew up in North Carolina where she graduated from Appalachian State University in December 2023 with a B.S in Chemistry, a B.S in Anthropology, and a certificate in forensic science. She is pursuing a PhD in Organic Chemistry at the University of Connecticut, hoping to be a professor in chemistry as well as use her skills to help the environment. In her spare time, she likes to watch movies, read books, sketch, play ukulele, and a bajillion other things that add to her eclectic “renaissance woman” persona.
